Our Team
Nighthawks relies on our seasoned staff members to provide you with the best possible dining experience. Collectively they have worked in restaurants all over the City for over 50 years and bring knowledge and expertise to the cooking, serving and bartending crew.
They are an integral part of the Nighthawks atmosphere. Our bartenders select the music for the evening and on any given night the feeling can be very different depending on their moods. Stop in and it might be excellent house music, jazz, classic rock or hip hop. This makes the vibe refreshing, fun and a little different (just like the food) every time you visit!
